ElectricChargingSolutions, ECS, was developed with one purpose: to create a one-stop EV Charging Solution dedicated to partnering with our customers. Unlike the majority of our competitors, we have no desire to own and operate the chargers after the sale and installation. It is our mission to provide a one-stop source for your EV Charging needs. Whether you are in the market for a single charger, Level 1 through Level 3, looking to install home chargers for an entire subdivision, or Level 3 Fast Chargers for your franchise, our team of experts and our partners within ABB have a solution for you.
At ECS we don't only provide chargers, we have nationwide partners to help you with your site evaluations, power studies, engineering, site layout, permitting and construction. We don't stop here, Once your location is complete, we don't stop until your new system is fully commissioned and your staff is fully trained.
Other companies may only provide service if they are reaping the benefits from owning the chargers. We are not that company. With our service plan, we will know your charger is down before you do and have a service technician en route, as it is our goal to ensure your charger is fully functional 99% of the time. ABB chargers already have a 97% uptime, and it is our goal to beat this with every charger we sell and install.
David Alderman
David Alderman, Chief Executive Officer, CEO: Mr. Alderman, a decorated Marine Corps Veteran, comes to the Company with 30 years of leadership and industry experience. During his tenure in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Alderman quickly moved up the ranks to the position of Crew Chief and ultimately on to QA Chief, supervising over 100 Marines performing maintenance on over $500 million in aircraft. Mr. Alderman’s leadership did not stop once returning to civilian life, working in the automotive industry followed by the startup, operation, and sale of a successful automation business. For the past 15 years of Mr. Alderman’s career, he has been the owner of CRT Services, designing, installing, and commissioning metering systems throughout both North and South America. Along with conducting training seminars for all of the systems designed and sold by CRT Services, Mr. Alderman serves on multiple committees as an industry expert. Mr. Alderman has also spent the past 20 years investing in both commercial and residential real estate, as well as serving as a Deacon to the Second Baptist Church of Houston, where he, his wife, and 3 sons reside. As a United States Marine, father of three, and pillar of the community he serves, Mr. Alderman makes the time every year to dedicate both time and contributions to his favorite charity, the Marine Corps Toys for Tots, with over 20,000 toys donated over the past 10 years.
Matt Goodrich
Matt Goodrich, Chief Operating Officer, COO: Mr. Goodrich comes to the Company with 31 plus years of industry experience, a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, 6 years as a consulting engineer, and 25 years in executive management in the energy sector. During his tenure as a consulting engineer, Mr. Goodrich was part of an Engineering team helping real estate developers, homeowners, and business owners navigate the strictest environmental regulations in the nation, allowing them to fulfill their dreams of owning homes and businesses in the Gallatin Valley of Montana. During his tenure in the energy sector, Mr. Goodrich’s responsibilities included everything from training the next generation of Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Carpenters, Equipment Operators, Welders, Supervisors, and Project Managers as a certified trainer through the National Center for Construction Education and Research through successfully managing executive teams responsible for $4.5 million in annual revenue and 30 employees to $300 million in annual revenue with 3,000 plus employees. Throughout Mr. Goodrich’s career, he has been focused on finding solutions for his client’s needs, whether it be through the development of new technologies or building financial models that are a win for all parties involved, Mr. Goodrich maintains a reputation of being a solution-oriented, customer focused leader in the industries he represents.
Erisha Rangel
Erisha Rangel, Chief Financial Officer, CFO: Ms. Rangel comes to the Company with 15 years’ experience in the development and execution of successful companies. During Ms. Rangel’s tenure as an entrepreneur, she has owned and operated numerous businesses. She has done this through the development and implementation of proven strategies to drive long-term business success and increased profitability at all levels of each company. Ms. Rangel’s diverse business background and proven ability to devise and deploy effective processes to optimize operations and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining financial success of each of her business ventures makes her an invaluable member to the ElectricChargingSolutions Team.
Mark Brand
Mark Brand, Chief Marketing Officer, CMO: Mr. Brand comes to the Company with 20-plus years of experience in community leadership; with his former career work in saving lives as a trusted medical professional or as a seasoned real estate professional, Mr. Brand’s work has always revolved around enhancing the lives of others. Mr. Brand provides advisory services to high-level innovators, visionaries, and community creators related to real estate investments, asset ownership, or development strategies. Mr. Brand works throughout all levels of community growth, from the dirt up to the sky and, in some cases, beyond. With his extensive network, Mr. Brand is able to provide the central connection to the full spectrum of client's needs while orchestrating the progress and challenges to ensure collective success. His devotion to connecting with incredible human beings who are making positive changes in this world drives his energy and commitment to improve the lives of others, which made him a perfect fit for the ElectricChargingSolutions Team.
